Frequently Asked Questions:

 

1)  What happens if I miss a class for my child?Website20

We are very flexible with makeup classes for our studio classes. If you miss your scheduled class for any reason, you are welcome to drop-in on any other class to makeup your missed class. You do not need to call ahead. You can come two times in one week if necessary.

 

 

2)  Can I get a refund or credit for missed classes?

There is no refunds or credits given for missed classes, however our studio classes do allow for makeup classes (see above).

 

3)  Can a babysitter or grandparent bring my child to class?

Absolutely!  We recognize that parents are often busy and work during the scheduled classes, so any caregiver is welcome to bring a child to class.

 

4)  Is there a discount offered for multiple children in a family?

Most of our studios offer discounts for multiple children.  Please check with your individual center to see if the discount is given with the second child or the third child.  Mobile classes offered in the daycares and preschools are already at the lowest rates available so extra discounts are not given for these classes.

5) How do I enroll for a class?

Complete the registration form (located on the website), call the home office or just come and enjoy a free trial class. You may sign up at the end of your trial class!

 

6) Can I try a class first to see if my child likes it?

We welcome and encourage you to come by a class and try it out first for free!  Then you can see for yourself what the program is like and sign up after the class.

 

7)  What if my child is not participating?

All children participate in their own way.  Some will be up and dancing while another might sit quietly and enjoy the music.  Many children need a little time to become comfortable before pulling away from Mom and coming to the circle.  All of this is perfectly natural for children of this age.  Please give it time and watch as your child builds confidence and grows each week at Melody Makers.
